So it would take me forever to go through every single solution in the forum, restarting every single time I even launch the game, so I'm at a complete loss now since reinstalling doesn't even fix it which made my jaw drop. Until it dies and you have to hard shutdown. Task manager freezes and the icons don't appear, it's apparently stuck on 99% CPU usage, (which I would bet is a result of the task manager freezing since nothing's actually happening and my computer doesn't get any hotter, strangely enough though the desktop and the task manager itself is interactable until it inevitably crashes, or the entire computer) and the more things you try to interact with the slower your PC will get.
